Default Path in Autoexec.bat

My path command is:
SET PATH=C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND;"C:\Program Files\Norton
SystemWorks\Norton Ghost\";C:\PROGRA~1\ATITEC~1\ATICON~1
and it causes an error : Too many parameters.
How can I modify it so that the Ghost portion is loaded and also the ATI Control
Panel?
Thanks
