Default New Daylight Savings Time Starts March 11, 2007. How do Windows 98SEUsers UpDate?

New 2007 DST starts Second Sunday in March and ends First Sunday in
November. Since Microsoft no longer supports Windows 98SE does anyone
know how we are going to update our time?

Turn off the automatic update and manually update your time. Windows 98 and
WindowsMe are no longer supported and no updates for them have been issued
since 11 July 2006.
