Default Shutdown

Thank you for the information.

I found the problem using the first step of the
Troubleshoot Windows ME Shutdown Problems.

I ran msconfig and changed the selective start up. I
found that when KodakCCS was included I am unable to shut
down windows me properly.

May I please ask what KodakCCS is used for and what
problems will I have not starting KodakCCS? If I can get
rid of it what is the best way?

Thank you

Rick

Any Ideas?

Default Shutdown

KodakCCS is part of the Kodak EasyShare software for downloading pictures
from your (Kodak) camera - See if the Kodak site has a more up-to-date
version available, or a fix for you problem.
