Changing the point size of the font in Windows Help?

For some reason, whenever I try to open Windows Help system, it insists
on displaying the information in the right hand panel in an EXTREMELY
tiny point size. It's EXTREMLY hard on the eyes to attempt to read it.
Is there any way to change it to something more readable? This is more
suitable for the fine print on a contract presented a demon (or a
dishonest lawyer, like there's much difference) than for a help system.

I can't find any way to affect the point size. Could somebody please
tell me where to look in Windows98SE?

It is need to change the font size in Internet Explorer (View -- Text Size...)
Then it will be changed in the Help windows as well.
