Default Dear Patty & Jeff

Printer Folder Error. Thanks. While going thru the
corrective procedures you guys offered, I may have
discovered the problem. Sometime ago we downloaded PDF995
mostly to make our AutoCAD drawings web friendly. Of
course PDF995 quickly became a useful tool in many
different areas as well. It's beginning to look as if
consistancy of printer selection is the problem. Maybe: If
printer selection is not returned from PDF995 to the HP
after use, leaving some programs set to HP and others to
PDF995, the next click to print returns the error message.
I'm this far along because of your help. Thanks. K.
