backing up passwords

Hi can anyone tell me if there is a way to save or back-up all the saved
interent passwords on my computer? and put them on CD
I have Win98 and i am about to get a new PC on XP. I really don't know if i
will be able to manage to remember all the passwords.

Passwords are saved as cookies, or in the Windows registry. For security
reasons they are not easily transferable between computers.
