c:\command.com

and its copy:

c:\windows\command.com

and the other copy (that is using for the startup diskette preparing -- though
it is the same file):

c:\windows\command\ebd\command.com

What is the error message you are receiveing?
The exact error message can be helpful.
Put "command prompt interpreter" in the search box in Google.
Perhaps you will find a solution.

Could you please provide some information instead of these on-line posts?

What operating systems are you dual-booting; what boot manager are you using; and
what is the exact message you are receiving regarding the command interpreter, and
when are you receiving the message?
