WEB PAGE WILL NOT OPEN

A webb page that was opening fine stopped opening.
(http://www.rosnet2000.com/)This seems to limited to this
one site. All otthers are OK. MY computer is slow to start
opening most pages, but when I click on this one it seems
to go right to the site and indicates that 1 OR 2
remaining. I tried to delete all programs related to the
site thinking that maybe the computer was searching for
stored data rather than the webb.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
