Default My Turn ^_^

Okay, I have this inet account with my ISP; since 2001. So
we phone them yesterday okay they give us our username and
password, cool. We dial in, it verifies password; log's
in. Now problem.

Internet Explorer - Host not found
Outlook Express - Cannot find Server
mIRC - Unable to resolve host
PING - Destination host unreachable

I goto winipcfg; everything looks normal, got my two DNS
servers; Reinstalled modem, dial up networking, internet
connection wizard. I take it the problem is that the ISP
won't route any data from the internet through to my pc?

BTW, tried using IP addresses and website addresses.

Thanks in advance [Sandi help me! ]

I was scratching around, trying to fix it on my own; when
I went to the TCP/IP properties I was greated with a
message box (that wasn't in 95...) and then quit due to
its advice. Coming back frustrated later I found out that
TCP/IP was NOT bound to Client for Microsoft Networks.

My Question: If TCP/IP is not bound to Client for
Microsoft Networks; will I be able to login to my dial-up
account, and then not be able to access any sites (What-so-
ever)?

Second thing: Having put modem in other freshly installed
PC, i noticed that when I goto winipcfg offline, the Host
Name is the PC name. When I go online, it becomes my ISP
username. However, when I do this on the problem pc, it
stays the PC name (which was BISCUIT). Otherwise it got
it's IP address, gateway and 2 DNS servers from the ISP.

Please someone help? (I remembered to say please)
