Unknown programs running in background

Using RamCleaner, I checked its "processes" screen and
found a bunch of stuff (listed below) running in the
background. Could you please tell me what this stuff is
and whether or not I should get rid of it? Thanks.

I suggest you get rid of RamCleaner as it is just another "snake-oil" product.
