Incompatible RPC stub again!

I cannot print from Outlook nor Internet explorer, I
cannot perform a "find" on IE either.
I have repaired office 2000 with SP3
I have all of the latest windows updates
and I have tried all three fixes suggested on
http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108188

What else could it be??

I found this in a forum addressing Windows 98
Several people have reported this error recently.
This error results from installing the latest build of Windows Script Host 5.6 (dated
4/23/03).
The latest build has a serious bug in the file dispex.dll that breaks PrintPreview,
Find, and WindowsUpdates in Internet Explorer.
If you have already installed this new build, you need to track down and replace the
system file dispex.dll with the previous version. In Windows Me, you will need to
boot from a floppy in order to do this, because the OS protects the file.

A follow up
it WORKED!
i just exited to DOS and typed this:
C:\WINDOWScd C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEMcopy C:\WINDOWS\DESKTOP\ANDY\DISPEX.DLL
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DISPEX.DLL
1 file(s) copied

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEMexit

The knowledge base does cover this in article 836929 but I
never found it, as it addresses a Windows Update problem I
didn't know that I had.
