Default MS Photo Editer

usally i use adobe photoshop but in this case i'm not for
some reason....anyways...i have a black and white image
right? and i want to make all the white on the page a
different color...i have the photo editer that microsoft
gives u with window 98 second edition

I think you mean Paint. If the colours at the bottom are
all patterns of black dots, go to Image Attributes...,
and change the colour setting to colors.
