When asking about the content of the new updates, I received this answer
from Belarc Advisor's support service:

"The security definitions update gets only a new security definitions file,
describing the Microsoft security update bulletin in details the Advisor can
use to see which security updates are missing and apply to your computer."

For whatever it's worth and especially the Loom (I had a need to know
myself).
Obviously WinME and less wouldn't 'have' to be included when updating, since
no newer updates are available, but anything beyond Me and upwards would be
'advised' to use the updated version.
Hope this doesn't draw any 'friendly fire'.

Harry.

Actually, I think you did good and I thank you! That is exactly what I was
wanting to know.....as that is about the only variable in the app, I kinda
figured that's what it would be. Thank you, Sir Harry, good job!
