Default Picture it! Publishing problem

Hi All
I 'm not sure if I am posting this in the correct place or not but thank you
for letting me try. My problem has just arose lately. Previous to this I have
not had this problem.
My OS is Windows XP Home upgraded from Windows Me approx 2 years ago with
5GB HD free space.
When in Picture it! publishing and clicking "The Gallery" and then clicking
"Collection" the icons appear with a file name and number but they are all
the same (as clones) and not the different objects that they should be. This
happens with all the items in the collection column. Have uninstalled and
reinstalled "Picture it" twice but still no change. I have tried MS website
but no luck. Have also tried Windows XP newsgroup but no luck there. If
anyone who took the time to read this longwinded post (thank you) and has
any helpful suggestions, I would appreciate it.
Thank you.

PictureIt! help can be found (unsurprisingly) in the "Picture It!
Newsgroup"... microsoft.public.pictureit through the M$ server or
possibly through your regular news server.

If you're trying to get in thru the web, just substitute

"microsoft.public.pictureit" for
"microsoft.public.windowsme.software"

in the URL you're at now.
