1-I'm trying to get free web support and I enter correctly
my registration number for product. The web page keeps
telling me I have listed the wrong format. I have double
checked five times and the numbers I have listed are
indeed in the correct format, order, and style that the
web page tells me to put it in.

2-I can't install my printer drive because a dll. file is
missing.

3-I need to find the dll. file so that I can download it.

4-Why doesn't Microsoft make things user friendly and
accessible???????

What model printer? Have you gone to the manufacturer's web site? Most manufacturer's
have extensive support documents as well as drivers.

You don't need to register your product in order to get
free support. Just ask your question here. Be sure to
quote the exact make and model of printer you are trying
to isntall, the exact error message you are getting and
what you have already tried to fix the problem.

You may be trying to register using a serial number
instead of a product numbet, or an installation code
instead of a registration code. Without knowing the
product you are referring to its hard to be sure.
