Default Print to an XP server

I have 2 computers connected on a lan. The one running
XP has a printer on it. The one running 98 I want to
have acces to the printer. I have set the printer
to "share" but cannot find it on the network (from the 98
computer). Can anyone elp?

If the Windows XP share name for the printer is too long, contains spaces or
other unusual characters, Windows 98 won't see the printer. Shorten the
name and make it simple.

Richard--
The share name is hp720. On the XP computer do I need to
load a printer driver for the 98 computer?

Yes, that would certainly help. You'll find that option on the Sharing tab
for the printer.
