Explorer Errors

Explorer.exe gives me errors constantly and closes -

Explorer: This program has performed and illegal operation and will be shut
down

often I also get this error right after Explorer -
Microsoft Internet Explorer: An error has occured in Microsoft Internet
Explorer and will now close.

Alos: Clipboard Viewer no longer works. As soon as anything is copied to the
clipboard it becomes visible but produces an error and shuts down.

Can anyone Help?

This could be a variety of things. First, follow the general Computer Health
