Default IExplore error...please HELP!

My computer connects to internet fine, no freezing
up...but when I try to browse, I keep getting the same
error message IExplore has caused an error in MSVCRT.DLL
and will now close. And it closes down to the
screensaver....also having other problems also...constant
popups and the majority of them say Page cannot be
displayed, cannot find server...and when I try to open
programs most of the time my computer is telling not
enough memory...all this started when I started getting
the IExplore error...Please HELP!
