Minimized Window
When I click onto the next link, the window is minimized
as a bar. I have to maximize it by clicking on the center box. How do I undo this extra step in browsing? Thanks

Minimized Window
This is an IE problem, not a Win98 problem so try this:
The "bar" is a small window. Try stretching the small window to full size.
