Default Startup error message

No one here is a real computer technician if you think there are any
references to ibm00003.exe in the Registry/Startup or has anything to do with
Nortons. IT DOESN'T. Learn how to really work on pcs before advising
someone to do something to their system that will cause them more problems
then what you started with.

All the ones you have unchecked in the past, especially all those that
form part of the operating system and allow it to perform as intended.
Alternatively why not follow Noel's suggestion and post the list to this
thread so we can tell you which you should have checked.

What are you raving about and what relevance does your post have to my
reply? None. It would seem that you have problems and not with the
operating system.

Learn how to really work on pcs

And you think you do? You should start by learning to make coherent and
sensible posts to newsgroups. As it is your post is simply meaningless
twaddle which would suggest that you are the clueless one around here.
