I HAVE A WARNING WHEN I TURN ON MY COMPUTER,"WARNING SPD NOT FOUND
AT DIMMS 1-3.??????????

That's a hardware issue, nothing to do with Windows. You need to contact the
vendor of your computer (or preferred local repair shop) for that one.

Default SPD?DIMM?

Some/all of your RAM *may* be beginning to fail - or may just only need
re-seating (removing and re-fitting) due to dirty (oxidised) contacts. See
also the following "SPD Warning Messages" article :-

To test the RAM memory for yourself, try one of the following (free)
utilities :-

Windows Memory Diagnostic http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp
DocMemory http://www.simmtester.com
Memtest86: http://www.memtest86.com/vxcz
