Default Missing File (GMT.exe) - Windows 98

Upon start up my pc displays "Windows searcinh for
GMT.exe). This appears to be a missing file, and all
attempts to locate it manually via the "common files" have
proven successful.

Can any one help with how the GMT.exe file can be located,
and what is the function of the file in the first place?
