"ae.bmp" where can I download?

I'm trying to install DestiVu2.1 onto a HD with ME OS. It is asking for,
"ae.bmp". Where can I download?

Note: DestiVu came with my Gateway Destination PC and runs the tv and dvd.

Since this is a graphic file I feel it can hardly be important so why not
try using another bmp file, make a copy and rename it ae.bmp.
Alternatively just create a file called ae.bmp and point the installer at
this file when asked.
