Default Display is Huge

the display show all the icons 8-10 times the normal size.
can't see whole desk top, and change get to properties to
change. anyone have any idea's

Reboot to Safe Mode
Open Device Manager
Remove ALL Display Adapters
Remove ALL Monitors
Reboot to Normal Mode - Windows will reinstall the required drivers -
hopefully curing your problem.
