email blacklisted

Hi i have been emailing my friend back and forth all day i
went to reply to the last oe she sent me and got this msg
205.243.60. does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 591 your host [206.190.37.] is
blacklisted by
dnsbl.sorbs.net. Send your questions to

i have no idea what it means but it wont let my email thru
to my friend.We are from the same service provider just in
different cities.
i did remove one # from the isp just so i wouldnt get more
spam.If the whole number is needed plz let me know

Contact your ISP and tell them what has happened. There is nothing that you,
or I, can do. Your ISP has to prove to Sorbs.net satisfaction that they have
cleaned up their act, or that they are the victim of a false report. Once
that has been done, Sorbs will remove your ISP from its blacklist, and
eventually your friend's ISP will accept emails from your ISP again.

another option is to get an email address form another site
(hotmail, google, yahoo, excite)
and send from there.
