Default Rundll32 invalid page fault in module IMAGE.DLL at 17f:10013783

I am getting the above message every time I start up my
computer. Can anyone tell me what to do about it please.
Also I am unable to download anything - I get a Plug In
error which says the plug in has been found but cannot be
initiated and wondered if it is connected to the Rundll32
error. Can anyone enlighten me on that one too please?
Thanks in advance

The error is not caused by Rundll32 but by the parasite you have
(Image.dll)

Try stopping it from running at startup.
Start-Run-Regedit
Look at these two keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Polici
es\Explorer\Run

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run

You should see the culprit as:

Image "rundll32 c:\windows\image.dll, install"

Put your highlight on "Image" in the left-hand pane and press Delete.
Reboot.

As you will have a lot of garbage still there, try reading he
