Default Explorer Won't Display Page

I have several computers running Windows 98. All the other computers display
the page ok but one in particular complains of Java Script problems. The url
is http://www.co.palm-beach.fl.us/tc_pubaccess/default.asp

When I click on "Current Property Tax" the top of the page won't display.
Yet on all my other 5 computers with the same configuration it displays
fine. Could it be it's being blocked because of a spyware blocking program?
But all the other computers have the same spyware blocking programs. How do
I fix this?

Thanks,

SJH

Please expand on "the page won't display".

Any error messages?

How do you resize a window and keep it that way? I know this is a basic
question but I can't seem to keep a window the size I want no matter what I
do.

Many thanks,

Some apps do not allow a permanent change to their window settings.
MSInfo32 & Notepad are two of those. Which app are speaking of? If it is
an Explorer window, then...

Open a folder, &...

(1) Set the folder as you will.
(2) Even resize it, USING the mouse and dragging the borders.
(3) Hold Ctrl as you click to close the folder/window.
(4) Perhaps, reboot.

If you wish, also "START, Settings, Folder Options, View tab, Reset all
folders" before step (1). Then, "Like current folder" before step (3).
Of course, all individualized folder settings, except perhaps "thumbnail
view", will be lost. If still unhappy, try turning off "Remember each
folders' view settings" before step (1), and back on later.

Here are some articles that might have additional info.

Thanks or Good Luck,
There may be humor in this post, and,
Naturally, you will not sue,
should things get worse after this,
