Default microsoft money requires password

I have been using money 2001 on 1 PC. I put my money file
in a different pc which unwittingly had money 2002 and
converted the file. Now I have to have a password to
access the file using money 2001. I could use money 2002
but this would require using a less secure PC. Anyway I
can bypass this password or reconvert my file to use on
money 2001 would be appreciated.
