Lost Hard Drive
I started up my old Windows 98 computer the other day and
went to Explorer. When it opened I noticed the second hard drive was not there. I opened My Computer and also the same thing. I had recently moved the computer, so I opened it up and checked the connections and then re- started. I still can't see the drive. Is there some way to check to see if the drive has failed? TIA |

Hi Ric,
If Tweakui is installed, make sure the drive is not unchecked there. -- Regards, Bert Kinney [MS-MVP DTS] http://dts-l.org/ How to Configure Outlook Express for Internet News: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=171164 "Ric" wrote I started up my old Windows 98 computer the other day and went to Explorer.
