All of my " works" info is missing.

Works is missing from the programs files. I have tried to
find works in files and folders,not there.I have tried so
many things I cant remember all of them sorry, I need help

What are you trying to say did you have WorksSuite installed and now can't
find it ?
Please give more details so someone can help.

I am not sure what it was called. MS works? I was able to
make resumes,calenders,house inventory ect. I had my comp
fix by Compaq and when I got it back it was gone.

I had a feeling that might be it Noel but then again it could have been
someone who thought it came with the OS g

I wonder if she got any CD's when she bought the computer. I have a lot of
them cuz this came with a bundle of MS programs (Word, Works, Money, Trips,
etc.) and also ones for drivers and Adaptec and so on........but I had a
Compaq before, so probably not. I seem to recall she said Compaq *fixed*
her computer.......hah!!

Yes Compaq did fix my computer.I dont know where the CD

Call Compaq. I believe that your original installation included
MS-Works. They should know what they did with it.

If it's anything like my Compaq you don't get any, you have to make your
own set of recovery CD's and it needed 6 g
