How do I get rid of a virus that i cant get rid of with a
virus removal program ? At the moment Im using Trend
Micro virus software. If anyone can help me I would
greatly appreciate it.

Did you check the Trend Micro site and look up the name of the virus (not
the file that's infected, but the virus infecting it) for cleaning
instructions?
