error message when installing new hardware (all-in-one) lexmark
MCHOOK.DLL is part of the McAffee suite of products and I've seen
several reports of different programs crashing as a result of this DLL. You might consider updating to the latest version of their software or uninstalling it before you install the all-in-one. You might also consider e-mailing McAffee support and see if they have a fix for this. "BIG M" wrote in message ... when i try to install the lexmark x4270, i continuly get this error message saying - setup32 - setup 32 has caused an error in MCHOOK.DLL , HKGBL 95.DLL , KERNEL 32.DLL. these messsage don't come at the sametime but should i press ait F4 it changes. any help will be appreciated. |
