Default "games doesn't appear under Windows Setup in add remove programs,

"games doesn't appear under Windows Setup in add remove programs, why? I did
a reformat on buddies old P-S coomputer, and all he wants to do id play the
Solitaire under Games in the accessories, but it's not there, what did I do
wrong when I reinstalled windows 98se?

Games are not installed by default setup.
Just go to Settings / Add/Remove / Windows Setup
I think / Games is in / Accessories
