When I go to Help & Support for troubleshooting my system
I cannot open some of the catagories and I get the message-

That is an Active X control put out by Macromedia. The actual file should
reside in C:\windows\options\cabs
C:\windows\system
C:\windows\system\macromed\flash
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/...ShockwaveFlash

Hope this helps.......
