Default printing disable usb port

Any time I print - the USB ports are disabled, need to
reboot or need to plug and unplug.

Default printing disable usb port

Hi lisa,

reboot the computer in safe mode and then open device manager and remove all
the USB Devices and then restart the computer and let the computer redetect
them. See if that helps. It would be better that you uninstall and then
reinstall the drivers or if you could install updated drivers for the
device.

Regards

Roy
