Runtime Error
I receive a Runtime Error message after my computer boots up! It reads:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error Program:C:\PROGRAM FILES\EARTHLINK TOTAL ACCES\TASK PANL.EXE The message continues with: This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. I contacted Earthlink and their reommendations to downloan XML parser and to uninstall TotalAccess then reload was unsuccessful. They also recommended downloading Windows Installer but, that didn't work either. The message came up on my computer that installer was already installed. Can someone help me with this issue? PLEASE!!!
