Default dhfnbi32 error

I keep getting the following message

DFNBI32 has caused an error in DHFNBI32.EXE
dhfnbi32 will now close
If you continue to experience problems try restarting computer.

I have tried restarting, system restores to no avail, can anybody help?

It's not Windows; you might want to run some pest-control software, post
back with any results you get...
