USB Flash Drives (small) good quality with decent Win98 Driver support
Looking for recommendations for USB Flashdrive brands with decent driver
downloads for 98se. I have an Iomega Mini - works great. Tried Dane-Elec zMate - drivers don't work. How decent are the smaller 256 to 512mb drives from PNY, Lexar, Memorex ? Need for file & password flipping between 98se & XP Home / XP Pro machines. Any suggestions ? |

There have been several threads that have discussed generic universal Win98 drivers for USB storage devices. Try installing one of these: http://www.webdingers.com/USB%20Mass%20Storage.zip (modified lexar driver) http://groups.google.com/group/micro...e=source&hl=en You may need to first uninstall your Iomega driver. - Franc Zabkar -- Please remove one 'i' from my address when replying by email. |
