Default Address Book

Greetings!

Had to re-install Windows 98 a couple of nights ago and as
I restore my work I find that all documents, spreadsheets,
etc. that I created have survived.

However, the address book software has not retrieved all
of my contact info.

Would the re-installation of Windows 98 SE have
obliterated all of the data contained within address
book? If not and it is "hidden" in some way from me, can
I save and/or retrieve it in any intelligible form?

Thank you. I hope someone can help.

Search for all files named *.WAB - these are Windows Address Books. You
might have more than one present and need to combine them.

That might depend upon how you reinstalled. Reformat or
reinstalled? Do you have separate data partitions?
