Default loading camera

When I click on my digital camera the software starts
loading and then an error box says (The user buffer is not
valid for the requested operation) What should I do? I
have re-installed the camera software but that did not
help. THanks

Have you confirmed that the camera software is compatible with your version
of Windows?
