Default Lock-Up After Online Turbo Tax Use

Recent Active X patch may be why I have to Re-Boot after each Online use of
Turbo Tax. Start Btn/Desktop icons/QuickLaunch links freeze. No other known
system issues. Any ideas? Thanks!

Begin by using the internal update tool for Turbo Tax to ensure that you are
running the latest version.
Try the "Online/Update" tool.

Thanks for suggestion. I log on via Merrill Lynch Link & find No Update Link.
I have to presume that the Online Format updates itself vs. CD-ROM maybe
requiring updates. Interesting I had to type this with FireFox 1.0; IE6
"Cannot Find Page". And so the MS story goes....!!

Perhaps you are using a "thin client" app, where the entire TurboTax app is
on Intuit's server, and your machine is only a dumb terminal.
If so, there may be some mis-configuration issues, or permissions.
Speak to Intuit about it.
