Default USB/Win98

The board has 4 USB connectors 2 side by side with only 1 side working. All
the connections are active with Win XP.This is a new 98 install to be used
in a spare case.I do not think the USB system in DM is complete and is the
problem , but not sure. What say you.

This utility is useless, by '05 MS could instead give Win98
users new files ( like in WinME ) to control USB devices.
