Hi,

What is the "long test"? Is it scandisk? Please post back with the name
of this test. Also, I think you have "Caps Lock" on or the shift key is
stuck. Look into that too, please.

Default DIAGNOSTIC TEST

If it is memory checking, you can go into the BIOS and change it there.
It is usually referred to as something like Quickstart .
