Try using BootIt NG (BING), www.bootitng.com. You can use it free for these
purposes. Download the installer ZIP, unzip it to a new directory, run
bootitng.exe to create a bootable floppy disk. Boot to the floppy and when
prompted to Install, click Cancel instead. This will drop you into
maintenance mode whence you can go into Partition Work. In Partition Work,
click opn View MBD and make one or the other of your Linux partitions
Active. Exit and restart. If the boot fails, go back in with BING and try
the other Linux partition. If that one deoesn't work, your Linux boot
manager (I assume there was one, not sure) was wiped or damaged and you;ll
need to ask in a Linux support forum for answers.

If all you want to do is wipe the Linux partitions and recover the space for
your Windows installation(s), then you can use BING to accomplish that,
also, using Resize and Move options.

If you need to boot into Linux you will have to reinstall Lilo or Grub

but if you just want to retrieve data ...google for explore2fs
you can use it to read an ext2 partition (and probably ext3 as well) but I
don;t know about rfs

and finally...if you just want to claim the space for windows...
use disk management to delete your linux paritions and create NTFS
