What makes you think you need to?
Have you tried going to Windows Update and looking to see if it's offered?
If it's not offered by WU, you can download it from the Windows Update
Catalog for offline install

Noel,

That looks like a report by Belarc (they always seem to prefix the patch
number with UPD) in which case the OP should reinstall all the patches that
Belarc is telling them that are missing regardless of whether the WU site is
offering them or not. As you mentioned they should instead download the
patches from the Windows Catalogue.

That was my suspicion also, Mike - a quick check on my ME box shows that
this is indeed the case for this patch (seems that OS patches get UPD, WMP
patches get WM, DX patches get (surprisinglyg) DX, and everything else
gets what it should get - Q!

You get more detail with QFEcheck. Sometimes there'll be two patches flagged
as having the wrong version of a (the same) file. Re-installing the first
patch will also fix the second.
