Default System disk with CD support

I have an older laptop running Win 98 SE. It is totally unusable do to
Spyware problems. I've tried every method that I've been able to find, but
the system has basically ground to a halt - it's unusable. I'm planning to
wipe the hard disk and re-install the OS. I need to make a bootable system
disk that has support for the CD drive. Can I make this from another
computer running Win 98 SE? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Brad

Yes, you can make the disk from another system running Win98 or 98SE. You
can also make it by running FAT32EBD.EXE from the Win98 CD. It's in the
\tools\mtsutil\fat32ebd folder.

As Ben said, Bootdisk.com is another place to get the files to create a boot
disk.
