Question Bing Versus Google

Hello,

I just registered this forum while surfing and I’m curious about what you think about Bing.
According to some news it already started to overtake Yahoo. But it seems to me they can’t beat Google. I think more creative ideas and some vision is needed to overtake Google.

Besides of that there’s adsense and adword industry. Google is creative and established firm, Bing brings nothing new to us.

If Google creates linux based operating system, maybe they can overtake Microsoft?

(this isn't actually a webforum, it is a newsgroup and you can access it
with any newsclient program using your isp's newsserver, win98banter that
you are using are just a webpage that works like a newsclient)

and I’m curious about what you think about Bing.

same-****-different-name ;-)
it is just microsofts old sucky websearch that they changed
name on because so few was using it. the bad thing is that
a name-change of a product actually do make it sell better
in this world :-/

I guess it's more Yahoo that is rapidly falling down.
That company have serious problems, soon there will be no
more Yahoo... Did I mention thay yahoo is killing
all the Geocities webpages later this year?

(You better email the creators of those you like telling them
to move to another web host before it is too late)

Since they are failing so enormously at getting enough money
for all those ads, I would recomend yahoo to fire their Ads-department
and start using googleads instead :-D

seems to me they can’t beat Google. I think more creative ideas and

good thing we have google so we don't have to be in the
hands of microsoft.

you mean build their own linux-distribution?
I'm not sure peoples Known-big-brand -dependancy reach that far....
But ok it worked with their web browser, it do have lots of
users despite it isn't better than the hundreds other other
webbrowsers that exist that don't have a big name on it.

Linux allready have it own big-brand, Ubuntu, that lives and grows
being helped by peoples need for big names... but perhaps it
is not known/big enough by normal 'consumers'?

I wonder what psychological drives peoples need for well-known Names
and big Corporations? like everything it must be something that
was needed to survive back in stone age but what?
