fdisk question
I'm trying to remove a couple of logical drives but one gives me a
message saying can't continue because the drive can't be locked. What does this mean and how do I unlock it? Thanks. |

If the drive can't be locked then it is in use, some application or the operating system is using the drive. Boot to DOS using a floppy and then delete the logical drive by running fdisk from the DOS prompt. -- Mike Maltby MS-MVP |
