hdd format problems

got a 40 gig matrox hdd some how formatted to htfs / or
hfts xp running gear anyway, xp hated my set-up how do i
get the hdd reformatted back to fat 32 help!!!!!!

Boot from a DOS floppy and run FDISK.

Fdisk from a floppy or CD bootup
XP can format as Ntfs or Fat32
