Initialization halts

Hi everybody!

I´m having a problema with a machine at work. When I start the machine the
group logon screen asks for login, password group information. I enter the
information and windows 98 halts, inexplicably.

When I start the machine in Safe Mode, it works fine. Does anybody know how
can I solve this problema without having to format this machine?

As the machine is startng OK in safe mode, you should follow the procedures
